New action plan for our navigator service

I just wanted to share with you the latest instalment in our work to improve access to justice, through our navigator service.

In February of this year, researchers at the University of Windsor and Université Laval provided us with an independent report on our service. The findings were very positive. The report also provided suggestions that we can act on.

We’ve had a chance to study those suggestions and decide how the Social Security Tribunal will respond to them. I invite you to read our management response and action plan. It will give you an idea of the next steps we’ll take to enable appellants to participate meaningfully in their own appeals.
