Work on our new, improved website is advancing
We’ve been working on improving our website since we told you about it last December. Since then, we’ve gone back to users to test out the design changes and usability of the site. The latest results confirm we’re on the right track, with between 62% and 92% of users completing tasks successfully.
Based on more user feedback, we chose a new design for the website. It includes more visual elements, such as infographics. We’re also improving the website structure with our users in mind by grouping elements of the appeal process by benefit. Accessibility standards will be improved, information will be structured better and we’ll incorporate more plain language.
There’s still more work to be done, but we’re well positioned to launch our new, improved website this summer. We’ll do another round of testing at that point to ensure the site is up to your standards; continuous improvement is key!
