Proposed SST Rules now available on our website

Last fall, we shared with you our intended direction for new Rules of Procedure and processes. Your significant interest and feedback were instrumental in their development. Overall, you supported Rules that are general and flexible, and in plain language. This is how we developed them.

Our proposed Rules are now available for comment on our website. They’ll be available for 31 days. We invite you to submit your comments by June 27, 2022.

We’ll then review the feedback to make any necessary changes. The final version will be published in Part II of the Canada Gazette.
