Want to help shape our new Rules of Procedure?

The federal government recently tabled Bill C-30. The Bill proposes legislative changes for the Social Security Tribunal (SST). These changes include new powers to develop our own Rules of Procedure for how we manage appeals.

We’re holding virtual sessions in July to consult on how to apply these changes and develop new Rules. We’ve invited over 220 stakeholders to take part. We’ll also accept written feedback. If you’re interested in participating, please reach out to us by June 25.
