Earlier this year, we put in place a new Code of Conduct for Tribunal members along with a process for how to file a complaint.
As part of our commitment to transparency, we’ll be publishing summaries of these complaints on our website. This is a simple way to show the people we serve that we take their concerns seriously and to be open about the resolution process. We’ve just published one of these summaries, so you can see exactly what we mean and what we’re doing.
