I am pleased to share our 2019 Progress Report: Putting clients first.

This report explains what we have done in the last year to make our process faster, and to make it easier for Canadians to participate effectively in their own appeals.

But it also identifies the challenges that the Tribunal still needs to address. That is why the report gives a preview of where we will focus this year to further our goal of providing Canadians with simple, quick and fair decisions in Employment Insurance and income security appeals.
