Among these respondents, a few also said they had difficulty using digital platforms, like Zoom, to participate or connect to their virtual hearing.

We received 61 comments. Many respondents noted having a positive experience interacting with SST staff throughout the appeal process and found navigators easy to reach. A few respondents suggested providing more guidance and information on the hearing process.
