At the Social Security Tribunal, we care about access to justice. Sometimes, that means having the right person in your corner. That’s why we established a partnership with two universities, where law students can help with your Employment Insurance appeal at the General Division – for free.

Our partnership with uOttawa and York University has been in place for a few years now. It’s now active for the 2020-21 academic year.
