Our glossary just got more user friendly
I’m pleased to announce that people using our website can now see the definition of words in our glossary, without having to consult it directly.
When a glossary word is found on a web page, it’s now highlighted. If you hover over the word with your cursor, you’ll see a box appear with the definition. The box disappears when you move your cursor away.
Last year, we created the glossary to explain in plain language some of the complex legal terms used during the appeal process. It helps everyone understand how the appeal process works.
At the Social Security Tribunal, we’re always working to make the appeal process more accessible.
If you have any suggestions for other terms we should include in the glossary, we’d love to hear from you.
