New visual guides for your appeal

As part of our user-centred approach to providing justice services, our website now has a map of the full appeal process for:

• Canada Pension Plan disability
• Other Canada Pension Plan appeals
• Old Age Security (including Guaranteed Income Supplement)

Last summer, we created an easy-to-follow map of the Employment Insurance (EI) appeal process. These new visual guides give a bird’s eye view of the process from start to finish. By knowing what comes next, people can feel confident and prepared.

We’re making the appeal process more accessible for the people who use our system so they can fully participate in their appeal.
