I’m happy to share that the Social Security Tribunal (SST) has launched a video to help people understand what to expect at a Canada Pension Plan (CPP) disability hearing.

We know the appeal process can feel daunting. That’s why we strive to offer clear information in different ways, to help the people who use our justice system feel more prepared.

The video walks you through a typical CPP disability hearing from start to finish and addresses common questions and concerns. It applies to both General Division and Appeal Division hearings and much of what the video describes applies to other appeal types as well.
