Better decision search results

I’m happy to share that we’ve made additional improvements to our decision search tool. The subject dropdown menu in our advanced search feature now produces better results. When you select a subject, you’ll get more decisions than ever before.

There are many subjects for you to choose from. This means you can get specific about the topic or issue you're looking for. You can either scroll through the list to browse them all, or type in the subject box to jump to a particular topic. You can also select more than one subject at a time.

An accessible justice system is one where everyone can fully participate. When you can find decisions on cases like yours, it can help you understand how the law works and how Social Security Tribunal members make their decisions. You can also use the cases you find to help make arguments in your appeal.
